In Luxembourg, international law firm Clifford Chance this week announced the promotion of two of its counsel and the appointment of nine senior associates, while industry group Alfi has hired a new head of communications from PWC Luxembourg.
Eimear O’Dwyer
At Clifford Chance, Eimear O’Dwyer, was appointed as counsel, Banking, Finance & Capital Markets. She specializes in capital markets, securitisation and structured finance and advises on repackagings, securitisation, multi-source financings and standalone bond issuances, among others.
Adnes Muhovic
Adnes Muhovic was appointed counsel, Banking, Finance & Capital Markets. He has extensive experience acting for both lenders and borrowers in national and cross-border finance work covering a wide range of debt financing practice areas, including general corporate lending, structured finance and real estate finance.
Senior associates
Benoît America, Zoé Bofferding, Florie-Anne Gonera, Charlotte Reynders, Anne-Lise Vandevoir, Margaux Felix, Sherazade Ould-Hocine, Sadan Ramovic and Nazim Faïd were all appointed as as senior associates at Clifford Chance Luxembourg.
“Their promotion will further strengthen the position of our Luxembourg office in the banking finance, capital markets and investment funds practices and will be a great asset for our financial investors clients,” said Steve Jacoby, Managing Partner of Clifford Chance .
Luis Salerno
Luis Salerno has joined the Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry as head of communication. He previously worked for PWC Luxembourg. Salerno takes over from Anna Ferreri.
