Quintet Private Bank, based in Luxembourg, has forged a partnership with Berlin-based digital investment platform Moonfare. The alliance aims to bolster Quintet’s private-market offerings to select clients while extending Moonfare’s distribution reach.
As part of the agreement, Quintet will provide clients access to a comprehensive digital investment platform, driven by Moonfare. This platform will showcase private-market funds, initially focusing on private equity and infrastructure strategies, all of which have undergone Quintet’s selection and approval process. Beyond investment opportunities, the platform offers clients various tools and resources, from product collateral and paperless subscription to advanced client reporting and portfolio analytics.
“Partnering with Moonfare allows us to offer our clients a wider selection from top-tier managers,” said Bryan Crawford, Group Head of Investment & Client Solutions at Quintet, in a statement. “With this collaboration, we can design high-quality portfolios in the private-market segment, competitively priced and with a reduced entry threshold. We retain full control over our alternative-investment proposition and also introduce our clients to a streamlined digital platform for investments.”
Spearheading new era of private market investing
Moonfare views the partnership as an opportunity to further penetrate the affluent market through a reliable partner active across Europe. “Our goal is to spearhead a new era of private-market investing, aiming to unlock higher returns for a broader audience,” commented Steffen Pauls, Moonfare’s founder and CEO. “Given Quintet’s longstanding rapport with affluent European and UK clientele, we are eager to collaborate and advance our mission.”
