Dagmar Kamber Borens
Dagmar Kamber Borens (photo) has been appointed as head of global markets for continental Europe for State Street Bank International GmbH (SSBI).
Reporting to Anthony Bisegna, head of State Street Global Markets, and Andreas Przewloka, CEO of State Street Bank International, Borens will drive the execution of the global markets strategy across continental Europe. She will work with key internal stakeholders across global markets and investment services to enhance client engagement and revenue, while also developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, industry bodies, and regulators.
Borens will join the Global Markets Executive Management Group and retain her responsibilities as country head for Switzerland and a member of the Executive Management Board of SSBI.
With over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Borens joined State Street in 2021 as country head for Switzerland and later expanded her role to lead the depository bank business in Germany and manage the investment services business for the Netherlands, Austria, and the Nordics since January 2023.
Before joining State Street, she spent more than 17 years at UBS AG, holding senior management positions in Zurich, London, and Singapore, including Group Chief Financial Officer for Asia Pacific, and Chief Operating Officer of the Swiss Universal Bank of Credit Suisse AG.
Keith Hale
Keith Hale has been appointed as a senior advisor to Fundcraft’s board of directors, bringing over 30 years of expertise in finance and technology to the company.
Luxembourg-based Fundcraft, a digital-native fund operations provider, announced the appointment of Keith Hale as a senior advisor to its board on 6 June 2024. Hale brings extensive experience in finance and technology, excelling in creating, growing, and guiding venture capital and private equity-backed technology businesses.
Hale’s career includes leadership roles globally, with a focus on software and tech-enabled services for finance, banking, corporate services, and fund and trust administration. His specialties include strategic development, mergers and acquisitions, integration, and scaling operations.

Takis Tridimas
The University of Luxembourg has appointed Prof. Takis Tridimas as the Founding Director of the Luxembourg Centre for European Law (LCEL), effective 1 October 2024. This appointment was endorsed by the Board of Governors on the recommendation of Rector Jens Kreisel.
The LCEL, the university’s fourth interdisciplinary research centre, aims to advance research and studies in European law, addressing the evolving challenges within the European Union. The Centre’s mission includes combining academic excellence with strategic research, knowledge transfer to society, and participation in public debate.
Prof. Takis Tridimas, a globally renowned expert in European law, is one of the most cited authors by the Advocates General of the European Court of Justice.
Kuldip Takhar
Kuldip Takhar has been appointed head of UK institutional business development at Amundi.
Before joining Amundi, Takhar was part of the institutional sales team at Lazard, where he was responsible for the marketing and distribution strategy for the UK institutional business since September 2021. Prior to Lazard, he spent over 10 years at BlackRock, working with its largest and most complex institutional investors within the strategic client division.
His role involved developing bespoke client solutions across various asset classes (equities, fixed income, and alternatives) and managing relationships with both external and internal stakeholders. Takhar is a CFA Charterholder and holds the IMC certification.
