This week’s overview of industry appointments in and outside Luxembourg includes updates from State Street, Vistra, RBC Bluebay Asset Management, and Cyberr.
Barbara Roth
Barbara Roth has been appointed chief administrative officer (CAO) for Continental Europe at State Street Bank International GmbH (SSBI) and will join the SSBI Executive Management Board. Reporting to Yvette Hollingsworth Clark, chief compliance officer at State Street, and Andreas Przewloka, CEO of SSBI, Roth will manage regulatory and governance frameworks in alignment with the global corporate strategy.
In her role, Roth will oversee key governance areas including compliance, anti-money laundering, data protection, and SSBI’s outsourcing office. She brings over 20 years of experience in financial services, having previously served as head of internal audit at Deutsche Börse Group and as chief compliance officer at UniCredit Bank AG. Roth holds a Ph.D. in law.
Fleur Dilton-Hall
RBC BlueBay Asset Management has appointed Fleur Dilton-Hall as director of business development for the Middle East. Based in London, Dilton-Hall will report to Abhi Jain, managing director and head of UK, Ireland, and the Middle East.
With over 15 years of experience in the Middle East and UK institutional markets, Dilton-Hall most recently served as associate director for the Middle East & Africa institutional team at Fidelity International, where she focused on sales and client relationships. She previously worked at Orbis Investments, managing relationships with investment consultants and UK institutional clients.
Dilton-Hall holds a BA in Biological Sciences from the University of Oxford and an MSc in Biotechnology for Emerging Economies from the University of Sussex. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst with the CFA Institute.
Chris Collins
Chris Collins has been appointed chief corporate development officer at Hong Kong-headquartered Vistra. Collins, who joined Vistra in 2023 as global head of M&A, will now be part of the executive leadership team, overseeing inorganic growth and corporate development activities. Based in Singapore, he will focus on advancing Vistra’s strategic growth initiatives, working with various teams to achieve the company’s long-term goals.
Group CEO Simon Webster noted that Collins has made significant contributions since joining, including leading three acquisitions, with the latest being Phoenix American’s fund administration and transfer agency business, enhancing Vistra’s capabilities in the US market. Collins brings over 20 years of experience in M&A, corporate finance, and private equity, previously holding senior roles at Containerchain and Potential Capital.
Jérôme Pinneau
Jérôme Pinneau has been appointed chief information officer (CIO) of Cyberr, a global platform for cybersecurity professionals, and will be based in Luxembourg. Cyberr, which aims to address the talent gap in cybersecurity through its marketplace platform, brings on Pinneau for his expertise in product management, big data, AI, and information systems.
Pinneau has a background in founding and leading tech-focused companies. Most recently, he founded Oleanis in France in February 2024, specialising in B2B software-as-a-service solutions, as well as CIO and CTO services. In Luxembourg, he co-founded Finquest, a big data and AI company, where he has served on the board since January 2016. Previously, he was operations and PSF director at Vision IT Group PSF from 2011 to 2015.
