Fund platform Allfunds has announced its intention to list its shares on the Euronext Amsterdam stock exchange “in the coming weeks”. The announcement comes just days after it became public that Allfunds is planning to launch its first 12 mandate solutions on its fund platform.
Founded in 2000 by CEO Juan Alcaraz and headquartered in Madrid, Spain, Allfunds is active in 59 countries around the world with over €1.2 trn in assets under administration and regional offices across Europe, Latin America, Asia and the Middle East. The firm operates an open-architecture fund distribution platform.

Allfunds is currently owned by Hellman & Friedman (H&F) and the Singaporean sovereign wealth fund, GIC, while Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas hold minority stakes. Allfunds has a banking licence and operates as a regulated financial institution with the Bank of Spain as its main regulator.
In other news, Citywire announced last week that Allfunds will soon launch the following twelve mandate solutions on its new B2B sub-advisory platform, that was launched last year by Stéphane Corsaletti, the Frenchman who joined from ABN Amro Investment Solutions to take on the role of chief investment officer at Allfunds.
