Alexandra Serban-Liebsch
Alexandra Serban-Liebsch (photo) has been appointed as the new head of business operations for Waystone Continental Europe, based in Luxembourg.
Serban-Liebsch is responsible for ensuring excellence in operational services and business delivery across continental Europe. In this role, she will oversee key areas of the Luxembourg Waystone business to ensure best-in-class operational management practices.
Mark Le Page
Mark Le Page has been appointed as the new Head of Financial Crime at global financial services provider Apex in Guernsey per 1 March. Apex Guernsey, which administers more than 100 billion dollars, provides fund and corporate services to the key sectors of private equity, closed-ended investment schemes, open-ended and listed business.
Le Page previously worked at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission. Apex Group, when announcing Le Page’s appointment, said it “acknowledges the importance of upholding Guernsey’s reputation internationally and wish to build an elite financial crime team to augment growth in its offering through industry leading technology and client service”.
Andrea De Cillia
Andrea De Cillia has started a new position as money laundering reporting officer , or MLRO/RC, as Assistant Vice President at Blackstone, he has announced on LinkedIn. Since May last year he has served AML officer at the firm.
Before he joined Blackstone he worked for six years as compliance officer at Lombard Odier Investment Managers.
