Arendt Services SA’s former secretary general and management committee member Marie Druinaud has left the law firm to start her own working venture as a consultant focusing in compliance and liquidation matters and as an independent director, interim manager and liquidator.

She announced her new role on Linkedin. Druinaud spent more than 14 years at Arendt, a leading law firm, and has almost 25 years of professional experience in Paris and Luxembourg as a registered lawyer, general counsel in the financial industry and held numerous director’s and liquidator’s representative mandates in regulated and non-regulated entities. 

Travers Smith

Loïc Bacquelaine has joined Travers Smith’s financial services and markets department as senior associate. His role will be to establish a Luxembourg desk that will allow the London law firm to continue to meet the growing needs of the firm’s global alternative investment manager clients.

Inclusive Finance Network

Luxembourg’s Inclusive Finance Network, at its 13 July board meeting, appointed three new directors:  Jessica Thyrion for bank association ABBL, Isabelle Delas for ESG labelling agency LuxFLAG and Philippe Guichandut for the Grameen Credit Agricole Foundation. The network welcomed another member to its team earlier this year in the person of Clément Martinez of CBRE Luxembourg.

Sienna Real Estate

Sienna Real Estate has appointed Arthur Debaere as head of acquisitions Belgium, Luxembourg and Ireland. Based in Amsterdam, Arthur joined Sienna Real Estate in 2017. He successfully managed several major transactions and extended the client base of Sienna Real Estate in the Benelux.
