Global fund services firm Langham Hall has appointed Elijah Kanevskiy as head of Luxembourg, reinforcing its fund administration and AIFMD services platform in the jurisdiction. He will lead a 260-person team supporting fund launches and ongoing operations across private equity, real estate, credit and infrastructure strategies, working with colleagues in Europe, the United States and Asia.

Kanevskiy joins from Revantage Europe, a Blackstone portfolio company, where he served as chief financial officer. He previously held senior roles at Blackstone portfolio companies, Rhône Group and NorthStar Asset Management. He began his career in public accounting and is a certified public accountant in New York.

Luxembourg is a key hub for European fund structuring and cross-border distribution. Langham Hall said the appointment reflects rising demand, including from North American managers launching and marketing funds into Europe.

Anthropocene Fixed Income Institute

Justine Leigh-BellThe Anthropocene Fixed Income Institute, a London-based research organisation focused on climate and nature integration in bond markets, has appointed Justine Leigh-Bell as chief executive officer. She succeeds founder Ulf Erlandsson, who will return to investing at the Fourth Swedish National Pension Fund, AP4, and remain involved as a board member.

Leigh-Bell will lead the organisation’s strategy and research agenda, working with asset owners and managers on integrating climate and nature risks into fixed income portfolios. She previously served as deputy chief executive officer of the Climate Bonds Initiative and has more than 15 years of experience in sustainable fixed income. 

Mandarine Gestion

Mandarine Gestion has appointed François L’Hénoret as wholesale sales director. He will cover the wholesale segment in France, including family offices, private banks and multi-managers, and oversee business development in Belgium and Luxembourg.

L’Hénoret brings nearly 20 years of experience in asset management distribution. He joins from Montpensier Arbevel, where he was head of wholesale business development from 2021 to 2025. Earlier roles include head of business development at Sanso Investment Solutions and commercial positions at Janus Henderson Investors, Rothschild & Co AM, Tocqueville Finance and AXA IM. He began his career at ODDO BHF in 2006.

Van Lanschot Kempen

Van Lanschot Kempen has appointed Michelle Darracott as chief executive officer of its UK business, effective April 1. She succeeds Johan Cras, who had served in the role on an interim basis since August following the departure of André Keijsers. Cras will return to his previous position as senior adviser for investment management clients.

Darracott has more than 30 years of experience in the UK pensions and investment sector. She most recently founded Strategy Retire, an initiative focused on retirement investment solutions. Earlier roles include positions at BESTTrustees Limited, TPT Retirement Solutions, Smart Pension and L&G Investment Management.

Ostrum Asset Management

Maud Pierre-MinuitOstrum Asset Management has appointed Maud Pierre-Minuit as head of sustainable transitions. She succeeds Nathalie Beauvir, who becomes lead ESG strategist. In her new role, Pierre-Minuit will coordinate the sustainable transitions team, support the roll-out of Ostrum’s ESG strategy and develop thematic investment solutions, including work with institutional clients on climate and biodiversity integration.

Pierre-Minuit joins from I Care by BearingPoint, where she was senior manager in sustainable finance. Earlier in her career, she held roles at Groupama AM, including fund manager and head of fixed income and currency management.

VanEck Europe

Norbert van Veldhuizen has joined VanEck Europe as head of product management, he wrote on Linkedin. He moves from FTSE Russell in London, where he spent more than 3 years as head of equity indices EMEA.

Earlier, van Veldhuizen worked nearly 14 years at Blackrock, initially as head of institutional sales in the Netherlands and later in London as director of client experience management and director of product strategy for equity indices. He began his career in 2004 at Van Lanschot Bankiers as an investment adviser.

Guinness Global Investors

Craig Veysey has joined Guinness Global Investors to develop the firm’s first bond fund. The strategy is expected to allocate 20 percent to government bonds, 60 percent to investment grade credit and 20 percent to high yield.

Veysey has around 25 years of experience in active bond management. He previously served as senior fund manager at Man GLG and earlier launched a strategic bond fund at Sanlam Investments. His career also includes senior roles at Scottish Widows and Aberdeen, as well as a position within HSBC’s global bond team.
