Stefano Amato a rejoint M&G Investments en tant que gestionnaire de fonds senior dans l’équipe multi-actifs. M. Amato, qui vient de Santander, gérera, avec Steven Andrew, le fonds M&G (Lux) Income Allocation Fund, doté de 1,1 milliard d’euros. 

Samuel Kuborn is joining investor services firm IQ-EQ in a new role of regional chief operating officer, continental Europe, the firm announced on Wednesday.

Stefano Amato has joined M&G Investments as a senior fund manager in the multi asset team. Amato, who joins from Santander, will co-manage the 1.1 billion euro M&G (Lux)  Income Allocation Fund alongside Steven Andrew to whom he will report. 

Jean-Paul Servais a été nommé président du conseil d’administration de l’Organisation internationale des commissions de valeurs, ou Iosco, le forum politique international des régulateurs de valeurs mobilières. Il remplace Ashley Alder.

Christophe Hamal est à partir d’aujourd’hui le nouveau directeur général de la Bâloise en Belgique. Christophe Hamal, 44 ans, est membre du Comité exécutif de la Bâloise depuis mai dernier. Il succède à l’actuel CEO Henk Janssen, qui prend sa retraite après 18 ans passés à la Bâloise.

C’est ce qui ressort d’un communiqué de presse publié par le groupe vendredi matin. 

Il y a également un certain nombre de transferts à signaler cette semaine, chez Candriam et Columbia Threadneedle.

Le mandat de Marc Lauwers, depuis 2016 à la tête du bancassureur Argenta basé à Anvers, expire prochainement. C’est Peter Devlies qui lui succédera.

Aude de Roquancourt has joined EY Luxembourg as a new partner in the accounting compliance and reporting department, the firm said on Thursday.

De Roquancourt previously served as head of fund reporting at EQT Luxembourg and as head of accounting at Societe Generale. She holds a master’s degree in business and management from the EM Lyon Business School, France. She is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt Project Manager and qualified as chartered accountant. 

Delphine Wykes, précédemment responsable de la construction de portefeuille au sein de la banque privée chez Degroof Petercam, est la nouvelle responsable de l’allocation d’actifs chez BNP Paribas Fortis.

A Rotterdam-based investment team of four people representing InsingerGilissen, part of Luxembourg-based private bank Quintet, has transferred to Auréus, an independent Dutch asset manager that has been gaining scale through acquisitions and alliances in recent years.
