UBS Asset Management heeft 52 van haar ruim 200 ETF’s aan Euronext Amsterdam genoteerd om het Nederlandse beleggers nog eenvoudiger te maken in deze producten te beleggen.
Ter gelegenheid hiervan opende Marcel Danen (foto, links voor), hoofd van UBS ETF Nederland, woensdag de beurshandel met een gongslag.
Betrokkenheid
‘De notering van deze grote hoeveelheid ETF’s toont onze betrokkenheid bij de Nederlandse markt. Ik ben erg verheugd dat we onze uitgebreide ervaring en capaciteiten nu direct beschikbaar kunnen maken voor Nederlandse beleggers’, aldus Danen, die afgelopen jaar de overstap maakte van Vanguard.
UBS is een van de grootste aanbieders van indextrackers in Europa. De aan de beurs genoteerde ETF’s bestrijken naast verschillende regionale bouwstenen ook een aantal thema’s, waaronder duurzaamheid en factorbeleggen. Het gaat daarbij om ETF’s die inspelen op de factoren (risicopremie’s) ‘value, volatiliteit, kwaliteit en ‘yield’.
Valutarisico
UBS staat verder bekend om haar aanbod van ETF’s die het valutarisico afdekken (valuta hedge).
Alle in Amsterdam genoteerde volgen hun index middels fysieke replicatie, waarbij de onderliggende effecten daadwerkelijk worden aangehouden.
