Elle a auparavant travaillé 17 ans pour Achmea International, notamment en tant que Senior Manager International Insurance Risk, et a piloté les comités d’audit et de risque de nombreuses entités d’Achmea. Depuis 2023, Linda Phillips est membre de SER Topvrouwen, une organisation qui entend « donner de la visibilité aux femmes néerlandaises très qualifiées, prêtes à intégrer les comités de direction, d’administration ou de surveillance ».
